London Canine Couture always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply follow the below outlined conditions. Failure to follow the outlined conditions will result in the merchandise being returned to you and void of any exchange: • You must obtain a return authorization number before mailing your item to us. Please call 727.938.8574 to obtain this number. • All merchandise must be returned with in 25 days (postmarked) of the date the tracking number on the package states it was delivered to your door. • All merchandise must be returned in its original and unused condition (packing materials, brochures, etc) • You must state the reason for your return on the original packing slip and include this with your package • All returns are allowed a 1 time free of charge exchange. Exchanges beyond the 1 time will be subject to a $10.00 return fee. Postage to and from our facility for returns are buyer's responsibility. We urge you to measure your dog carefully before placing your order to assure accuracy. • Returns are not allowed on: custom ID tags, or any other engraved or permanently personalized item. Bathrobes, blankets, bedding, toys, custom ordered pieces, pet carriers (due to health reasons), and clearance/sale items. We are not responsible for your items being returned which get lost during shipping. For this reason we suggest you use a shipper which can utilize a tracking number in order to track the progress of your return.
